ABOUT THE POSITION
The Consultant Manager is a broad role where you will have the opportunity to work with recruitment, leadership, and be a business-oriented HR partner to your clients. One of our Consultant Managers describes it this way:

In the role of Consultant Manager, you will belong to a team that works with the IT business area. The team works with clients, consultants, and candidates in the IT industry, which includes everything from System Developers, IT Support/Technicians, Data Engineers, or IT Project Managers, for example. Although much of the work is done independently, you, together with the team, are engaged in your common goals, results, and the continued development and growth of the business area.
Your Manager and Your Development
Your team leader is Sebastian Ottosson, who works closely with you and has good insight into your daily work. We have chosen to have operational managers to provide you with the best support in your role. We have a dedicated development program where you, in your role as Consultant Manager, have a clear annual development plan to enhance your skills and sharpen your competencies. Our training program is called Career Steps, and the program is continuously followed up by your manager. You control your career paths with us, and we provide you with the conditions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
The role of Consultant Manager is varied, and you will have the opportunity to develop broadly within HR and gain valuable experience in organizational and business understanding.
- Recruitment: Requirement profile, advertisement, selection, interview, presentation to the client, and hiring process
- Create client relationships: Build and maintain a business relationship with your clients
- Proactively drive business dialogues with clients
- Personnel responsibility for consultants: Follow-up on well-being, development, work environment, develop your leadership, labor law, etc.

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, ambitious, and wants to work in a role with many contact points where business acumen has a significant space. You have a strong belief in your ability to handle challenges, a high sense of responsibility, the ability to organize your work effectively, and ensure that you deliver on time. Handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is something you prefer and feel comfortable with. You make well-considered decisions with regard to various consequences. Creating new relationships comes naturally to you, and you take on a leadership role when the task requires it. You act respectfully towards others and have the ability to take feedback to strengthen collaborations and develop yourself. You handle situations that may be perceived as stressful with confidence, and you have an optimistic and proactive attitude towards solving even demanding tasks.
What do you bring to the role of Consultant Manager?
- Relevant academic education in human resources/HR, behavioral science, sales, service management, or similar
- Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry
- Work experience in sales-oriented work and client contact
- Driver's license (B)
- Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form and proficient in English in both spoken and written form, as you will be engaging in dialogues and participating in training in both languages
What is desirable experience?
- Experience in recruitment within the IT or technology industry
Other Information
- Start: April 2026
- Scope: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probationary period
- Salary: Monthly salary with a fixed part and a variable commission part without a cap
- Location: Malmö, Östergatan 18

Feedback on the recruitment process
